When you open an account with HHCU you are automatically signed up for Phone Teller. This service provides you access to your account 24-hours a day, 7 days a week with the convenience of your phone. With Phone Teller, you may make loan payments, account transfers, and various account inquiries.
- Call Phone Teller at 800.865.2612 or 812.279.6644
- Press 2 for Phone Teller
- Enter your member number, followed by the # sign
- Enter your four-digit Phone Teller PIN. If you have not yet set up a PIN, use the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number
- Follow the menu prompts to make your selections
